When Joe Tibur started pushing a lawn mower around his neighborhood and traveling to Arlington to cut his grandfathers lawn at 14 years old, never did anyone think things would evolve into what they are today.
Joe bought his first truck when he was 16 years old and never looked back. He worked hard, learned all he could and made a name for himself.
After Joe and Marcia got married, Marcia got more involved in the business and has been a tremendous asset. With her organization skills from working in the dental field, she has made such a big difference in the company.
Through the years, the highs and lows, Tibur is still here and going stronger then ever.
In the early 1990's, Marcia became president of the corporation and Joe became CEO. This allowed Marcia to focus on the business aspect and Joe to concentrate on daily operations in the field.

~Relay For Life of Woburn~
May 19th 2018
Joe and Marcia's daughter Sara does Relay every year, here is her story:
This is why I relay:
I relay each year for my family members that are no longer here, my dad and my Camp Sunshine family. Cancer first affected me when I was in second grade. My grandfather, "Bumpy", was diagnosed with lung cancer. By the end of third grade he had lost his battle.
My freshman year of high school I lost my Grammy to breast cancer after a long battle. Also, my Freshman year, my dad found out he had prostate cancer and would need surgery. Being a Freshman in high school I automatically thought the worst. My dad was able to get through the surgery and beat prostate cancer.
Each year I would also volunteer at Camp Sunshine and work with children and their families who have been affected by cancer. It kills me to see such young kids not being able to do the same things I did as a child because of a disease like this.
Cancer is a disease that takes away but also definitely makes people stronger, and that is why we relay!
